The dandelion often blooms with the apple. When the weather is good, a period of abundance begins for the bees and the first harvest is near for the beekeeper. Dandelion honey has a strong and very sweet taste; the colour is golden yellow. Since this honey crystallizes after a short time, the beekeeper stirs it until creamy.
